2.The petitioner wants to establish a recreation club. 3.The third respondent has to submit his vitrification report before the first respondent. The third respondent is directed to do so through the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
