ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondent to conduct the investigation and file final report in Crime No.12 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent Police before the concerned Court within time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,12.08.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the case was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2024 and the same is pending on the file of the POCSO Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari.
