This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned first Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act, Trichy, to consider the Petitioners' bail applications on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.353 of 2021 on the file of the second Respondent.

2.It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the first accused belongs to same community. The Petitioners appeared before the first Respondent at ten times for enquiry. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 submits that totally 6 accused involved in this case. The first Petitioner is having one previous case and the second Petitioner is having no previous case.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned first Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act, Trichy, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the official web-site of this Court.
