This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 7 not to harass the peaceful living and business of the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the 8th respondent, the respondents registered a case in crime No.535 of 2018 as against the petitioner and the investigation is pending and hence, the prayer of not to harass does not arise.

3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
