Prayer :- This Civil Revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order made in I.A. No. 419 of 2013 in O.S. No. 35 of 2012 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli dated 26.09.2013.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the letter D.No. 802, dated 30/08/2022 from the II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli; this Court made the following order:

The learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, sent a letter dated 30.08.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.35 of 2012, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.08.2021.
