PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police to give adequate police protection to the Commemoration Meeting organized by the members of PKC Mahal Paribalana Sabai to be held on 15.09.2019 at 10AM in PKC Mahal, Karpaga Nagar, K.Pudhur, Madurai For Petitioner : Mr. I. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent police to give adequate police protection to the Commemoration Meeting organized by the members of PKC Mahal Paribalana Sabai to be held on 15.09.2019 at 10AM in PKC Mahal, Karpaga Nagar, K.Pudhur, Madurai 2.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police. 3.

Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 05.09.2019 after issuing notice to the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent herein and also giving opportunity of hearing to the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law forthwith.
