ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.15 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution due to family dispute, the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant with Aruval and caused grievous injuries to him.
3.The earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court considering the nature of allegations and the antecedents of this petitioner.
4. Considering the nature/gravity of offence and since there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier application, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
