ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to survey the land situated in Survey No.345/3A1B, with an extent of 0.2.03 Are at Kannudaiyanpatty, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, she purchased the subject property under a registered sale deed dated 17.04.2024. The revenue patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No. 6601. The petitioner submitted an online application on 11.03.2025 in

Application No.2025/0123/15/005523 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 11.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
