This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file the final report in connection with the case in Crime No.175 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, on 07.08.2023, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.388 of 2023.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the matter has become infructuous. 2/4
