Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNA.V, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12458 of 2021, dated 13.09.2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that accused nos.1 & 2 are complying with the condition regularly from 13.09.2021 till date, whereas, accused nos.3 & 4 have complied with the conditions only for 5 and 4 days, respectively. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on accused nos.1 & 2 is fully relaxed and this petition is ordered insofar as accused nos.1 & 2 are concerned.

4.Insofar as the accused nos.3 & 4 are concerned, this petition stands dismissed.
