ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limbs of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.08.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner and the private respondents, two CSRs came to registered and after enquiry, the same were ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the parties are close relatives and the civil suit is pending. 2/4
