This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Both the parties present. The counsel for the appellants Mr.S.Siva Thilakar and the counsel for the respondents Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai are present.

AWARD This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred against the award of the Tribunal, awarding a sum of Rs.19,84,400/- with interest and costs. 2.The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent insurance company submitted that the insurance company has already satisfied the award amount. 3.The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. The same is recorded. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 1.SURYA 2.MINOR NARTHIKA 3.MINOR SUBIRAJ Counsel for the Appellants This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.
