Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12892 of 2021, dated 13.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 04.10.2021 till today, without fail.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioners are complying https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioners, the condition is fully relaxed.
