ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property situated in Survey No.52/7A1 measuring 18.50 Ares with a help of the third respondent police, by considering her representation dated 23.06.2025.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Jeyaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both 2/6

sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by her under registered sale deed dated 27.10.2014. Patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.2879. The petitioner submitted an online application dated 02.06.2025 in application No.2025/0123/24/016041 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 02.06.2025 will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 02.06.2025 and pass final 3/6

orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, fourth respondent, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
