This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order of return passed in I.A.No.(Unnumbered) of 2014 in M.C.O.P.No.73 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Subordinate Court), Paramakudi, dated 06.08.2014 and to direct the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Subordinate Court), Paramakudi, to number the said Interlocutory Application and to dispose of the same on merits.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the second respondent either in person or through counsel.

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main case in M.C.O.P.No.73 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Subordinate Court), Paramakudi, itself is disposed of. In such view of the matter, no order is required to be passed in this Civil Revision Petition.

5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
