Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned Staff -Fixation fixed by the 3rd respondent herein for the academic year 2016 - 2017 vide proceedings No.Nil dated 15.03.2017 and consequential impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent herein vide Na.Ka.No.295/A4/2017 dated 12.12.2017 in so far as the petitioner School is concerned and quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to re-fix the staff strength, as per the Full Bench Judgement reported in 2006 (5) CTC 385 within a reasonable time. This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned staff fixation fixed by the 3rd respondent for the academic year 2016 - 2017 dated 15.03.2017 and the consequential impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd

respondent dated 12.12.2017 in so far as the petitioner School is concerned and to quash the same and further direct the respondents to re-fix the staff strength, as per the Full Bench judgement reported in 2006 (5) CTC 385.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition has been filed challenging the re-deployment order passed by the third respondent dated 12.12.2017. This Court, by order dated 05.04.2018, granted interim order of status quo. However, after lapse of five years, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.

3. In view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 16.02.2023 akv
