O R D E R

The present civil revision petition has been filed by the plaintiff in a suit for permanent injunction challenging the order of the trial Court allowing a third party impleading application. 2.One Papayee@ Papathi had filed I.A.No.6 of 2014 to implead herself in the suit. The said petition was allowed on 22.07.2014. Challenging the same, the present revision petition has been filed. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the proposed party namely Papayee@ Papathi had passed away. Therefore, the question of impleading the said Papayee@ Papathi in the suit would not arise at this point of time.

4.In view of the above said submission, this civil revision petition stands closed. Since the suit is of the year 2012, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.01.2024. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 14.08.2023.
