ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in I.A.No.882 of 2012 in O.S.No.265 of 2010, dated 27.03.2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.265 of 2010 on 09.11.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
