ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue the legal heirship certificate evidencing the fact that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased Periasamy Poosari.

2.Mr.G.Suriyanath, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents has submitted the legal heir certificate dated 08.11.2018 before this Court.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous and is accordingly, is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Index : Yes / No 05.04.2024 Internet : Yes / No mm 2/4
