ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.5739 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.204 of 2022, dated 29.04.2022 by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the 1/3

petitioner has been complying the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the trial Court, once in three months i.e., on 1st working day in the month of January, April, July and October, till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 17/07/2025 / TRUE COPY / /2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
