ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case investigation has been completed and case was referred as Mistake of Fact on 04.08.2021 and the referred charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur which was taken on file in RCS No. 1033 of 2025 and the case is now posted to 04.07.2026.

2. Since the matter has been closed as Mistake of Fact,and no need of arrrest no question of granting anticipatory bail would arise, therefore no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

3. Hence the petition stand closed.
