ORDER
The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12585 of 2017 by this Court.
2. When the petition was disposed of by this Court, this Court only granted liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the Police as and when a situation arises. It seems that such a representation was given subsequently and it was not considered. Under such circumstances, a Contempt Petition will not lie. If the Police has not taken any action, the petitioner should only seek for a direction. This Court does not find any violation of the order passed by this Court.
3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 14.11.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TSG 2/4
