The learned Additioal District Munsif, Madurai Town sent a letter dated 04.11.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of OS.No.426 of 2010 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.12.2013.

2.This is the 8th time extension of time is sought.

Considering that the suit is of the year 2010 and direction was given in the year 2013, as a last chance, a further time of two months is granted from today to dispose of OS.No.426 of 2010.
