ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. No case for review has been made out. An order passed by this Court can be reviewed only if it suffers from any error apparent on the face of the record. The impugned order does not confer any special rights on the original writ petitioner. All that the order under review states is that the original petitioner can move the authority concerned. The authority concerned has only been mandated to act as per law. In other words, if the petitioner is not having any legal right, obviously, the authority concerned will not come to his support. If the authority has misinterpreted the order of this Court, remedy open to the review applicant is only against such consequential action. On that ground, primary relief cannot be sought to be reviewed.
3. Leaving open all the rights and remedies of the review applicant, the review application stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 2/4
