ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking order to set aside the dismissal order passed in Miscellaneous Petition in Cr.M.P.No. 3237 of 2018 in C.C.No.247 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, (Magisterial Level), Thoothukudi, dated 27.09.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. But however, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and complaint filed by the complainant has also been withdrawn under Section 257 Cr.P.C. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
