Respondents Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A. No.671 of 2013 in O.S. No.147 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur, dated 05.03.2014. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and a requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif (FAC), Tiruchendur, vide No.22/2023 dated 19.01.2024 this Court made the following order: "By an order dated 06.12.2021, this Court disposed of the above C.R.P with 1/3
direction to the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur, to dispose the I.A within a period of one months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.Thereafter, the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur, by a letter dated 19.01.2024 bearing reference D.No.22/2023, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension of further time to dispose of the I.A. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of the I.A within the time. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur, in the above letter, the time for disposing the I.A, is extended by another one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
