The issue raised in the present Writ Appeals is squarely covered by the judgments of the Division Benches of this Court in the case of the Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu, School Education Department, Chennai and others Vs. C.Murugan in W.A.(MD).Nos.299 of 2020 etc., batch dated 01.06.2021 and in the case of K.Tamilmani and others Vs. The Government of Tamil Nadu, represented by its Secretary, School Education Department, Chennai and others in Rev.Appln.No.60 of 2020 dated 17.08.2021.

3. Following the said judgments, these Writ Appeals are allowed and the orders passed in W.P.(MD).Nos.5896, 5898, 5900, 5902, 5904, 5909 and 5910

of 2020 dated 23.03.2020 and W.P.(MD).Nos.3276, 3279, 3280, 3294, 3295, 3302 and 3303 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020 are set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
