ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed by the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif) Karaikudi, in I.A.No.49 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.27 of 2013 dated 03.07.2014.

2. The respondent herein has filed I.A.No.49 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.27 of 2013 under Section 151 of CPC before the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif) Karaikudi, seeking permission of the learned Rent Controller to mark certain documents. The learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif) Karaikudi, has allowed the said petition by the order dated 03.07.2014. Feeling aggrieved, the respondent/tenant has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif) Karaikudi, has disposed of the main petition in R.C.O.P.No.27 of 2013 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. He undertakes to send a memo through E-mail to that effect.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
