ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in I.D.O.P.No.145 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, to try along with the petition in I.D.O.P.No.344 of 2025.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the respondent.

The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, submitted a report dated 21.05.2026 through Registrar (General) stating that the above I.D.O.P.No.145 of 2025 was filed by the respondent on 18.03.2025 and the case was taken on file on 08.04.2025 and that when the case was posted on 04.12.2025 for filing counter of the respondent, the respondent / husband's counsel filed a memo not pressing the original petition and on that basis, I.D.O.P.No.145 of 2025 was dismissed as not pressed on 04.12.2025.

4. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
