2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit itself has been disposed of by the trial Court on 08.07.2019 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
