ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 1 to 8 from interfering with the right of the petitioner Association to transmit the signals of Digital MSOs of their choice through the Optical Cable Fibers belonging to the Association based on the representation dated 23.03.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submit that the petitioner Association has already switched over to a private Multi System Operator and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
