ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to dispose of I.A.No.94 of 2013 in O.S.No.138 of 2003 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 & 3.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the fourth respondent either in person or through counsel.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.138 of 2003 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

5. Recording the said submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
