This Appeal filed under sectin 14(A)(2) of SC/ST(POA) Act, to call for the records and set aside the dismissal order of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur in CMP No.1009 of 2023 dated 12.07.2023. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s V.Vilma Rexy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 , this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14738 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.609 of 2023 dated 17.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Mahila Court, Karur and the same was also taken on file in S.C.No.12 of 2013, which was posted on 06.09.2025 for fixing trial. He further submitted that the petitioner / appellant has been complying the condition for a continuous period of 91 days. It is also reported that the petitioner has been appearing before the trial Court on each and every hearing, without fail 2/5

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also in view of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be relaxed

4. Accordingly, the condition No.4 already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14738 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.609 of 2023 dated 17.08.2023 is hereby relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearings and as and when required Sd/- Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
