ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Sakthikumar Government Advocate (Crl,) for the Petitioners and no appearance for the Respondent either in person or through counsel, this Court made the following order: When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.10.2023, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that totally 617 witnesses have been examined. Requested another six months time to complete the investigation, for the purpose of collecting the list of beneficiaries. 2.In view of the above, another six months time is granted to complete the investigation.
