This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 03.03.2014, passed in I.A.No.584 of 2013 in O.S.No.254 of 2011, on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Karur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the suit was disposed of on 27.03.2018 and hence, the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
