This petition has been filed to fix an early date to dispose the case in A.S.(MD). No.257 of 2021.

2.Considering the suit was filed in the year 2004 and being satisfied with the 3/4

reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to entertain this petition.
