ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners, to set aside the Fair and Decretal order dated 11.03.2014 passed in I.A.No.304 of 2012 in un-numbered AS on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondents.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has filed an Interlocutory application in I.A.No.304 of 2012 to condone the delay of 550 days in filing the appeal suit. The said application was allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,500/-. Aggrieved over the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. Subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, appeal suit itself was numbered before the Principal Sub Court, Madurai.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous and the learned Principal Sub Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose the appeal suit, as expeditiously as possible, after due opportunity to both parties.
