The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.18 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Valliyur, dated 07.02.2014.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the entire proceedings had already been completed and the matter is likely to be disposed of.
