Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Advocate for M/S. SURESH KUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order, dated 27.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that already this Court has released the petitioner on bail and directed to appear before the respondent Police. The petitioner has also complied the condition imposed by this Court for some days. Thereafter, since he was arrested in some other case and in custody, he was unable to comply the condition imposed by this Court. After obtaining bail in that case, the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court without fail. 3.The learned Government Advocate would also admit that the petitioner has complied the condition earlier and due to arrest in some other case, he did not comply with the condition and after his release, now he is complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.
