CRL MP(MD) No.10832 of 2023 been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11836 of 2023 on 30.06.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
