ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to set aside the order dated 07.11.2013 passed in I.A.No.560 of 2013 in O.S.No.21 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Sattankulam.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit for default in O.S.No.21 of 2013 on 21.11.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
