Mr.V.Kathirvelu, Assistant Solicitor General of India, instructed by Ms.S.Ragaventhre, Central Government Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, but makes a request that rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a fresh writ petition by arraying jurisdictional police authority as correspondent on the same cause of action.

3. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file, which reads as follows:

"Permitted to withdraw on 13/09/2019."
