The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 451, 395 and 397 of I.P.C., in Crime No.256 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The petitioner along with other accused are said to have trespassed into the massage centre run by the defacto complainant and threatened to part with valuables and cash. CRL OP(MD). No.12707 of 2019 arrest and confession of A3. This is case in which the custodial of the interrogation of the petitioner is necessary. I find no ground to grant any relief. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
