This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from in anyway proceeding with his enquiry initiated in his proceedings in e.f.vz;.99/M1/2018, dated 23.02.2018 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to take any action against the petitioner by transferring her from Panchayat Union, Sivagangai District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted before this Court that the petitioner has been subsequently transferred by the respondents. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
