This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner against the fair and decreetal order dated 01.07.2014 made in I.A.No.371 of 2013 in O.S.No.1423 of 2000 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif, Trichy.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the main suit itself has been disposed of on 29.07.2015 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
