ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from shifting the weekly market (Shandai) from its present location in S.No.203/1, Sayalkudi Town, Ramanathapuram District, to any other place.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the market continues to function in the same premises and that there is no proposal to shift it to any other place.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 04.09.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes skn 2/4
