The revision petitioners are figuring as R6 & R7 in A.S.No.29 of 2022 on the file of the District Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. The grievance of the revision petitioners is that for the last one year, the first appeal is being adjourned from time to time only for payment of batta. It is also pointed out that the counsel for the appellant is not paying the batta. The first appellate court shall ensure that the appellant pays the batta so that notices on the other respondents are expeditiously served. If the appellant fails to pay batta, the first appellate court should not hesitate to even dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

3. With this direction to the first appellate court, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
