ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.59 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/5

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit in O.S.No.59 of 2023 before the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, against the respondents seeking declaration and consequential injunction. He would further submit that the suit is pending from the year 2023. Hence, he requests before this Court to dispose of the said suit within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.59 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.
