The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 22.04.2014 passed in I.A.No.2172 of 2012 in O.S.No.164 of 2007 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.164 of 2007 on 07.09.2018.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
