COMMON PRAYER:-Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and executable order dated 25.06.2014 made in I.A.Nos.98 & 100 of 2014 in O.S.No.173 of 2012 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vedasanthur. For Petitioners : Mr.R.Ramadurai (in both C.R.Ps) For Respondents : Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar (In both C.R.Ps) COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed by the petitioners against the fair and decreetal order dated 25.06.2014 made in I.A.No.98 & 100 of 2014 in O.S.No.173 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif Court, Sivagangai.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of these Civil Revision Petitions, the trial Court has allowed the suit in O.S.No.173 of 2012 on 19.03.2018.

3. In such view of the matter, these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(PD)(MD)Nos.1909 & 1910 of 2014 adjudication. Hence, the same are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
